1If your NDAEB certificate is returned to our office and it is determined that your address on file was invalid or you did not maintain your current address with us, your NDAEB Certificate will be destroyed. Should you wish to order a reprint, you will need to complete the NDAEB Certificate Reprint Application and the full certificate reprint fee will apply.
2In the event an appeal is granted, the full appeal fee ($210) including the non-refundable ($50) processing fee will be refunded to the candidate. If it is determined that there are no grounds for an appeal, the candidate will be refunded the appeal fee ($210) and the non-refundable ($50) processing fee will be assessed. Any refunded fees will be credited back to the credit card used at the time of payment. Refund cheques or credits towards alternate cards will not be permitted.
